1. General Provisions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the kxn8 platform ("Platform", "we", "our") and its users ("you", "user"). By accessing, registering on, or using any service on this platform, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms.

kxn8 provides an online betting and casino service for users in Bangladesh. These Terms may also apply in English, but in the event of any dispute, the Bengali version will take precedence.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

3. Account Security & Responsibility

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account login details, password, and other security-related information confidential. You are responsible for all activities carried out from your account.

  • Do not share your password with anyone.
  • If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify kxn8 support immediately.
  • Always log out after using a public device or network.
  • Allowing a third party to use your account is prohibited.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The following payment methods are currently accepted for depositing funds on kxn8: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank).

  • Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (per method).
  • Deposits must be made only from a payment method registered in the user's own name.
  • Depositing via a third party's account is strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
  • Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
  • Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
  • Withdrawals may be restricted if the wagering requirements of an active bonus have not been met.
  • kxn8 reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals in cases of suspicious activity.

Withdrawal processing is generally completed within 1 hour, though identity verification or bank processing may cause additional delays in some cases.

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members on kxn8 can receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Each bonus comes with wagering requirements. For the welcome bonus, wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only (not on deposit + bonus). Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

  • Wagering must be completed within the specified time after claiming a bonus.
  • Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless specifically stated.
  • kxn8 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.
  • If bonus abuse or fraud is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided.

5.3 VIP Program

kxn8's VIP Program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback benefits are provided at each tier. To advance to a higher tier, users must remain consistently active and maintain increasing activity on the platform. The benefits and conditions for each tier are set by kxn8, which reserves the right to change them.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

The kxn8 platform offers betting on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi, as well as casino games such as slots, live casino, and fishing games. All applicable betting rules are displayed in the relevant sections of the platform.

  • A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled or changed unless the platform specifically offers that feature.
  • kxn8 reserves the right to void incorrect odds or payouts issued due to a technical error.
  • All examples used in sports betting are for illustrative purposes only to explain market types — they should not be taken as references to any real match, date, or result.

6.2 Casino Games

kxn8's casino games are powered by software from leading game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, and Ezugi. All game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure fair play.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kxn8 platform:

kxn8 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

  • Violation of any provision of these Terms.
  • Failure to complete identity verification or provision of false information.
  • Suspicious or fraudulent financial activity.
  • Legal or regulatory requirements.

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure by User

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. It is advisable to withdraw all valid balances before closing your account.

9. Responsible Gaming
